1. Processing Time

• Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1-4 business days from the time the order is received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

• Promotional Periods: Please note that during promotional events, there may be delays due to high order volumes.

• Expedited Orders: For Next Day Air orders to be dispatched on the same day, the order must be submitted by 11 AM EST. If you need your order processed quickly, please select an expedited shipping option at checkout.

 

2. Domestic Shipping

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. For all U.S. orders of $150 or more, we provide FREE USPS First Class shipping. Below are the available shipping services and estimated arrival times:

Shipping times are applied after the order has been processed.

 

3. Possible Delays

• Customs Delays: For orders shipped outside the U.S., once the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures. These delays are beyond the control of Zenai Jewelry Co. and are not factored into the original shipping time estimates.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: Weather conditions, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events may also impact delivery times. Zenai Jewelry Co. cannot be held responsible for these delays but will assist in tracking and updating you on the status of your shipment.

 

4. Refused Shipments

 

If you refuse a shipment from Zenai Jewelry Co., you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have been incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

 

5. Gifts

 

If your order is a gift, please note that the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. Zenai Jewelry Co. is required by law to declare the full value of all parcels being shipped. We cannot mark orders as "gift" to avoid this requirement.
